Satisfaction Services

I have been mystery shopping for several providers for over three years. I understand varying reimbursement policies and while some of them drag out a little longer than I would like I have never encountered a MSC that has so much difficulty managing its cash flow as Satisfaction Services. I performed restaurant shops starting in May. Usually by the end of the following month those reimbursements are made. By mid July, while still performing services, I started asking what was happening. There have allegedly been three separate checks that have been sent out from their Kentucky office which have disappeared into the ether. Two promises of a traceable package have been made. Apparently the Bermuda Triangle of the USPS has a force field over Kentucky. Has anybody had better luck than I have?

I think the burden and fault is on the USPS. I haven't shopped with with them since before the pandemic. Their payments (checks) were timely.

It’s good to know that they were prompt for you. It’s frustrating on my end hearing “the check’s in the mail” over and over again. It is the only company I have had issues with to date. I enjoy the work, and my relationship with the schedulers and reviewers, but I can’t continue to work without reimbursement. I just got an email with a tracking number so hopefully this issue is behind me. Thanks HonnyBrown.

I've been signed up with them but never had a job.

I updated my profile and there was a job near me. It told me what city the job was in but no job description. How do you find out what the job is?
They are one of the companies that essentially require you to ask for the job before seeing days, responsibilities, etc. You are free to turn it down but I think it would be better to know some of the particulars before asking, but it’s not my company.
