Reality Based Group has phone shops right now. Also sign up with the companies on I Secret Shop, as some of them have phone shops. There are others, but those are two off the top of my head.
And try not to accept phone shops for "$4.00." There is generally at least $10.00 worth of work in there/time;... usually more.
I will happily take a $4 phone shop if it only takes a few minutes and there's no narrative. I did a whole bunch for shoppers view this week that took all of 5 minutes each including the phone call and report because there was no narrative.
