The blue pins only need to be "selected" on presto itself, which can be done either with the mobile app, or on the laptop. For the BP for example I select them either on app or laptop, when I am at the site I click on the app to unlock the report and register that I am on location but then fill out the report either on the app, or the laptop at home.
