Trendsource App

What’s up with the app? Does it work because it doesn’t for me. I hit the submit button and “nothing”. I have an IPhone so is Safari or the other web browsers better?

What's up with actually getting a shop assigned with Trendsource. They have a million on the board and no one ever gives it to me. Any tricks or is it just luck?

ReeRee1967 the app was recently updated. It's still squirrely. Put in a request via the app to note your concern.

That's called technical difficulty. The app froze. When that happens switch to logging in on Chrome you will be able to submit there from your phone. Or whatever web browser you use. I can't remember who the browser is for Apple. This happened to me once on the grocery store shop.

This made me miss a shop yesterday. I’m supposed to pick the scenario for the shop and submit it before I can proceed with the shop. I tried web browsers Safari, Chrome and even Edge. I tried in on my phone and IPad. I sent a message to support but didn’t hear back yet. The only time I hear back is when the shop is overdue. Now I remember why I never do shops for them!

Finally went to the website and was able to submit the info. So app doesn’t work for me!
