ITIS purchase of SeeLevelHX screwed up payment?

Anybody else have problems? They sent my payment to a 25 year old e-mail address, not my correct PayPal address.

If ITIS bought out SeeLevel, they went about it poorly, not notifying shoppers? I don't even know if I'm a shopper with ITIS.

Apparently Insight Intouch, or something like that, has absorbed Seelevel. I can't find the email now and I need to "click here" to register. Anyone else get this news?
I received an e-mail. I attempted to sign up and to verify that I already am registered with the Insight company. I was uncertain. Meanwhile, I occasionally receive r-mails from I Secret Shop, which include some Insight assignments. Was I ever signed up? Will I ever be able to register? I will try again later.

I heard about the merger here in the forum. I asked my favorite ITIS scheduler about it and she confirmed. There is also a post about it in the MS Company section.

Yes, did finally receive an e-mail announcing the change. Got paid, too, yesterday, finally. What a mess that was to straighten out!

I just can never find any shops on the iSecretShop website. They don't have an option to show "all" or "any" available shops, only search one category at a time. Horrible. I don't have time/energy/motivation to search 30+ types of shops, one at a time, only to find there aren't any within 200 miles!
I leave everything blank except for the distance. Then all available shops (and types) within that distance show up. One and done.
