Ipsos Online Electronics Shops Question

Hello! Has anyone else signed up for these? I did, and there are no scenarios/guidelines on my assigned shops, which has never happened before on any Sassie shops for any company. A quiz is required, and I can't take the quiz without studying the guidelines. The only contact listed is mystery.shopping@ipsos.com. I have not had success in the past reaching out via that address. I submitted a message via the Help/Contact tab already. Does anyone have any other ideas? I enjoy shopping for Ipsos. This issue has me stumped. TIA!

I am not sure about this one specifically but have found that with many of these shops you have to open up the report itself and then you find all the guidelines and particulars at the top of the report.

Those were my thoughts, but if there are no guidelines to open, which you normally have to do in order to open the view button, don't know if they can open the report.

Also, if you have to pass a quiz that may also preclude you from opening the report before you pass the quiz.

Might be a catch-22.

Or the quiz is so easy, which sometimes happens, that if you have ever done a mystery shop you can answer correctly in your sleep. They usually allow retakes of the quiz if you fail so just open the quiz and try!
