Anyone have an update on the new connection between these companies? I did a search for See Level and did not see a discussion on this subject.

I get that See Level now pays as Intouch, but will I be able to apply for See Level assignments on i Secret Shop like I do for Intouch?

Did Intouch buy out See Level?

I noticed this too. I believe that Intouch pays quicker than SeeLevel did.

SeeLevel still shows jobs on their job board.

Intouch also took some gas Station shops that Customer Impact did pre-Covid.

I was surprised to see this connection as well. On See Level Sassie site, it says "An InTouch Insite Company" or something to that effect. I love InTouch and the pay seemed quicker from them for See Level, which to me is still Beyond Hello...hard to change an old dog.

I think they will eventually move to IShop platform.

Maybe SeeLevel expedited their payments for the holidays. I was paid eight days after a recent nicely bonused shop I did with them. A few months ago, payment was just under three weeks. Nice!

You can access even more mystery shopping assignments by signing up through Intouch Insight here.
Your payments will begin to originate from Intouch Insight and will be deposited bi-weekly rather than monthly (see notes below on this change).
Some specifics around this shift:



All shops completed through October 31st will be paid out by SeeLeveHX on November 15th.

Assignments completed after November 1st will be paid out by Intouch Insight.
In order to accommodate this change, the first payments from Intouch Insight will be deposited to your PayPal account on November 26th and will cover the period from November 1st-November 20th.
After the November 26th payment, all SeeLevel shops will be paid out according to the full Intouch Insight payment schedule here .
Special note for Retail Technology Client Shoppers Only: Fees for prod will be paid out bi-weekly, but your client reimbursed expenses will be paid once a month to allow time for receipt reconciliation and approval by client.

InTouch is attaching their pay schedule when I accept shops with them

Thanks, gene. That is exactly what happened with my November shops for SeeLevel. Payment was made via PayPal, from Intouch. Looks like the transition was smooth.

I checking InTouch shops with Ishop platform few times a day. That is usually something show up either new shops or some drop offs.

Thank you all for your input. I got paid through Intouch as your posts mention. I look forward to getting the assignments through i Secret Shop. For me, inputting survey information on that platform is easy peasy - way more simple than Sassie (for me).

Same here. They use a lot of drop downs and very little narrative in the few I've done for Intouch on ISS.

Does anyone know the new pay dates for See Level? I see that they say they pay twice a month, but I'm wondering if I will get a payment before Christmas. Thanks!

I expect payment tomorrow, 12/10 and again on 12/23, as per a scheduler.
