No response from Intellishop

I have a question regarding a shop that I was assigned and I have emailed, called and left a voice message with the scheduler and still no response. Anyone else have this issue?

To the best of my recollection, I have never had the slightest problem with the schedulers at Intelli-shop.

Have you tried these numbers? First one says it is the main #, and 419 # shows as a shopper support line.
Yep, I had that kind of experience with Intelli-shop. And it got me deactivated. I did a shop, I had questions. I had another one scheduled, but I got sick. So I sent emails every day to the scheduler asking for it to be rescheduled, with NO RESPONSE for days, then I got an email at 4 pm one day telling me that I had to be there at 8 am. but I didn't know if they meant 8 am that day or the following day, and I was still not feeling 100% from earlier in the week. I didn't go, because I simply didn't understand. And the next day they sent me an email telling me that I had been deactivated.

It's too bad, I don't necessarily miss working for them, but there were a few times when I made some good money.
My issue was in November -- an automated out-of-the-office response to my query about the system dropping virtually all of the information I had entered. Then no payment.
