My last two shops for The Source were the Medicare Advantage shops. They each paid $34.
The Source deducted $6.80 from each. That's a 20% reduction. I'm not sure why and haven't gotten an answer from them yet.
The problem with the first one was:
"Was a nondiscrimination statement included on ANY of the slides? Thank you!"
This was in response to me stating NO to the question was the last slide a nondiscrimination statement.
"We understand that a different agent, xxxxx, did the presentation. Was the target agent, xxx, present at all? Thank you!"
This was in response to me letting them know the targeted agent did not do the presentation. I did not say that she was not present.
For the second one, I I didn't use the mobile check-in so I couldn't start the report and sent them this e-mail.
"I did not do a mobile check-in when I went to this shop. I do have a date and time stamped photo as well as a geoverifyer code."
Has anyone else had this problem,
