First phone shop with Second To None and I called late !! ????????

I did my first phone shop with Second To None today. I scheduled this shop days ago and had reminders and everything ready so that I could have this shop done on time. I made a stupid mistake; I still can’t believe myself. So I was scheduled to call this college from 9 AM - 2 PM EST . I live in Arizona, and instead of making sure to do the shop from 6 AM - 11 AM , I scheduled it from 12 PM - 5 PM ! I made it three hours ahead of time instead of three hours early ! I had my reminder go off at 10, so there I was, thinking I had two hours to go over everything I needed to know for the shop . I didn’t even begin reading the job requirements until closer to 11, didn’t even realize the mistake I made until like 11:13 AM when 11 AM WAS MY DEADLINE TO CALL THEM ! ???????????? I was so upset . I had to read all the job requirements and make sure I knew what I was doing , and didn’t even call them until 12:35 PM . Should EST be three hours early , not three hours late , my phone call would have been right on time . Does anyone know if they will not accept my shop because of the late call I made ? I am fairly new to mystery shopping in general , so I was wondering if they will even know what time I called . They said they want the EXACT time I called them . I don’t know if I should e-mail the lady and tell her or what .

Reschedule! We have all done similar things Do NOT lie about the time of the call. The client will check their records and your MS reputation will suffer.!!!

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I've found STN to be very good to work with, and if your scheduled date was not the last day of the shop window, just re-schedule. If it was the last day, email your scheduler and let her/him know what happened. I hope you'll read your instructions well ahead of time next time! It's better to over-prepare early than under-prepare late....

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Phx, don't beat yourself up! As others have recommended, see if you can re-schedule. STN is truly a great MSC. And we've ALL been there!!
