TrueGuest hotel shops

Has anyone done these? I can't find a record of TrueGuest in this forum so not sure if they used to go by a different name, but wondering if anyone has experience with their hotel shops and what they are like.

This is a very small MSC. They seem to find reasons NOT to pay, and have the rudest, most combative, staff imaginable! Ten foot pole list!!!

On par with Coyle in terms of difficulty, but add in the combative staff person, which kicks it into the "worse than Coyle" category.

Great location I was able to do a shop but hours and hours of work left little time to enjoy it. I avoid this company but still take a look once in a while. They only have about 50 shops on average available in the whole country.

Signed up for a bar shop that requires you pool access from the hotel. Well you would think they would know that or have some solution. Took about two weeks to get a response from anyone about it.

I did one that used to be shopped by Merc and it was much better to do under Merc than Trueguest. Its almost Coyle level of details and length except they wanted it all in 3rd person and were very specific about writing style. It felt like too much work for what it was, but it did pay better than Merc. About the same pay as Coyle.

So what you mean to say is still too little for the work involved
