Requested Clarification on Kroger shop

I got an email saying they didn't get my receipt picture, and provided link to fix, and needed in 12 hours.

I tried to upload a photo using Chrome and Opera, and using my Android mobile.

The result is all the same....
I upload the picture, press save, then press close, and then the image does not appear on the submit screen. When I click submit, the shopping portal asks to complete required fields (i.e., upload photo).

I attached the photo to an email reply to them. I don't know what else to do.

I've done a bunch of these shops.

Any ideas?

Okay, I got a help desk reply to my email reply. Apparently all I needed to do was write "Attached" or whatever in the dialog box and them press submit. Live and learn.

Confidentiality agreements with the MSCs prevent shoppers from disclosing who the MSC shops for. This Forum has a rule that forbids mentioning the MSC and the client (like Kroger) in the same conversation. No one should be willing to tell you who shops Kroger since they would be violating their contract with the MSC. Sorry.

If you search through threads here you will find it. It has been discussed numerous times in various threads.
I’ve done a couple shops for the new msc. I need to get comfortable with the app if they don’t update it. The app doesn't allow skipping around sections. I fill most of it out during the shop so if there is not an employee in the produce section at first, I have to save placeholders for that and click through to complete the other sections then click back through to produce associate.
I made a mistake using the location check in. I checked in but for the wrong location. I input data into a different location that was scheduled for a future date, so not sure why it accepted the input….. So now, one shop was withdrawn because it shows not done and the future shop was rejected because the wrong location was shopped. I asked if they can move the data to the correct Location and reinstate the future shop instead of declining them both, waiting to hear back. I feel like a dork! I don’t usually make mistakes like that. Wish me luck! I like these shops!

Gracen, you are not alone! I have submitted forms for the wrong locations quite a few times over many years. Even after checking and double-checking! My brain just decides what is right, regardless of whether it actually is. My profuse apologies, immediate corrections and sincere thanks to the schedulers that had to help me fix my mistakes seemed to be appreciated by them.
