I got an email saying they didn't get my receipt picture, and provided link to fix, and needed in 12 hours.
I tried to upload a photo using Chrome and Opera, and using my Android mobile.
The result is all the same....
I upload the picture, press save, then press close, and then the image does not appear on the submit screen. When I click submit, the shopping portal asks to complete required fields (i.e., upload photo).
I attached the photo to an email reply to them. I don't know what else to do.
I've done a bunch of these shops.
Any ideas?
