Has HS Brand improved their payment record?

Or does it still take forever to get paid?

I ask because I'm contemplating a job over 300 miles from home, and I really don't care to invest $120 in gas if I won't get paid until May or June. It doesn't matter that they are offering adequate recompense (they are); what matters to me is how long I have to wait for that significant amount.

No reply from scheduler, of course.

I did a shop for them Jan 12th and got paid on Feb 13th, if that helps!

I remember when I first started shopping back in 2003/2004, HS Brands was one of the worst (slowest-paying) companies out there. I really haven't paid attention to their pay schedule recently. I do shops in Nevada for them and they pay quickly, but Nevada shoppers are treated as employees. We get a W-2 instead of 1099.

Can you visit their home page and see what is says about shop pay/reimbursement schedule?

I have completed six shops for SS this year. with a pay from 15 to 39 days.

I have been getting paid in a timely fashion from HS Brands (a.k.a. Service Sloth). I have been paid the second week of the month following all of my shops since I started shopping for them back in December. They are paying with PayPal. I can not remember if that was the payment method they were using several years ago. I stopped working for them because of the slow pay.

I did some shops for them and got paid in an average amount of time. I did several shops at a national sports bar and some of those went out to 45 days. So far I'm not having any major issues with them. Still waiting on pay from one I did for another client on 2-6 but it did have go back for comments so that might be what the delay is.

I personally have only ever had to wait till the following month to get paid and it is always on the 7th for me. Ive always been able to get in touch with a scheduler but if you cant, red flag, I would not take that job.
