Hello,
I thought since I was here I would respond to this too.
We have relaxed some of the certification requirements for some shops but we do find that when we removed the certifications we have many more rejected shops.
The certifications are not really there for us, it's to reinforce the important parts of the shop that could get the shop rejected. It also reduces the number of flakes since when you spend an extra 10-15 minutes doing a certification we have found the shopper is more vested in getting the shop completed.
The great part of mystery shopping is you are your own boss and can work with the companies you want to work with and do the jobs you want to do. While we would love to have you back and try us out again, we respect your decision and your opinions.
Have a great rest of the week, is this week going crazy fast, or is it just me?

I think I have done 1 shop for them in my 15+ years of doing shops. I found taking a test to prove I can do a shop to be lame. Just because I pass their "test" does not ensure I will do the shop correctly.
Sorry, I can't tell you how they notify shoppers of assignments. I would expect it would be thru email. I'm going to ask this, but I want to assume you did check your spam folders. I have both yahoo and gmail accounts for shopping and find that gmail is more reliable than yahoo. Not sure which service you are using.
