IPSOS Sassie 3/15/22 Payments Delayed Until 3/18/22?

Did anyone else get the following email? Or am I a singular case?

Just got the same one...

Well, hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. I had some heavily bonused assignments on this pay cycle. Was looking forward to the payment.

I saw it too. I'm not worried. they pay all the time.

I’ve seen a lot in the past dozen or so years. I never trust a MSP. But that’s just me, I guess.
Im sorry, Ipsos,

Your expected reports for shops assigned through your Sassie platform have been delayed until Friday, March 18. Reports for shops completed through your Shopmetrics platform will arrive as expected.

I know timely reports are important to you, so it's all hands on deck here at Ideagirl's house to make sure issues are resolved quickly. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I wont respond, but you can try. Again, my sincere apologies for this delay.

But seriously, I have reports sitting on their system from the first of the month I've been waiting for payment on. My work is done in a timely manner, I expect to be paid in 7-10 days per the ICA. If my reports came three days late they would pay me zero.

I got the same email, and then an hour later got partial payment from them. Hoping they are paying the rest on the 18th.
Same email. I’ve just not gotten paid from them in the past for shops accepted and given a perfect score. $800 or so they cheated me but if everyone is getting this email?
I agree. I never trust msp. Ever.
Been screwed out of so much. It’s not even that they were rejected shops. All edited, accepted and perfect scores. The come back right before pay and reject them or make up some real bs not to pay
I don’t know, IS everyone getting this email?

Mine were all 10/10, marked as “Accepted” and also marked “PAID on 3/15/22” even though they weren’t.

Did ANYONE get paid by IPSOS - Sassie today in full, as expected?
Got the email. Haven't had any issues with Ipsos (except for not getting any explanation or coaching for why shops are downgraded from 10 to 9 or 8 when all shop instructions are religiously followed). Again, not too worried. Ipsos is a €$1.75 billion (US$2 billion) revenue company, publicly traded in Paris. They'll pay.

Same here. I got the email, too, all jobs marked as paid today. This is the only MSC I regularly have issues with, and they pay the least. I only take their jobs when I need some quick cash, but if I can't even count on getting paid on payday, then I'd rather run all over town doing $6 c-store instashops for quick cash.

I could write an entire post on why Ipsos mystery shopping is a garbage company, but I've refrained because I don't like to dwell on the negative.

They may be a $2B French company, but their American mystery shopping division is not run professionally. Their in-house staff and schedulers “ghost” you and don’t return business correspondence, projects are suddenly altered or removed, and payroll events like this one occur.

One positive thought: as bad as IPSOS-USA is, it’s a step up from Maritz.

No, it's not. IMO it's run like they think mystery shopping requires no effort or competent staff, and everyone should be happy to get anything at all from them. It would be nice if they realized that and gave the whole system an overhaul. I mean, you can't even get a response to an email! A few months ago they overpaid me, and I couldn't even get a response to why. (What MSC OVERpays??)
I give IPSOS credit for communicating to shoppers and owning it. Unlike MF who always has an excuse and never owns it. Last month not a word from MF. My pay details indicate payment was made on 2/21. Not in the USA, that was a holiday. Made it into my bank account on the 24th. My payments from MF always post at 12:01 AM (after midnight) so it suggests payment was made on the 23rd. I was not in a panic for payment, but I do wish MF would not find it acceptable to completely ghost their shoppers.

Yes, I considered that very professional, as well.
It stinks, s**t happens, and some people might be really inconvenienced, but it's not as if they make a habit of missing their pay dates.
I do not want to sound conspiracist but it makes you wonder if the hackers have gotten into the systems.

She is exactly right....I am, for one, sick and tired of their 'ghosting' and non communication.
I may be the exception to the rule, I didn't get an email, but that could be because Ipsos doesn't owe me any money for this pay period, because my Jeep took a vacation without my consent last week..

Stolen? I have had a nice GMC truck stolen in the last year. It was recovered but full of meth residue and my insurance company totaled it. I hope that your experience is better, and your Jeep returns soon.

Such a shock, walking out to work at 7 am and your vehicle is… gone.

Nope, i can't get that lucky... my son drove it on Monday doing door dashing, when he got home he said, "it's making a weird ratlling noise, and it's really sluggish." The catalytic converters were plugged. Finally got the exhaust replaced on Friday. But by then all of my work had been rescheduled or had dropped off the job boards.

If someone would steal it I could get a rental car and buy something different... lol
Also, I do this for a living so not getting paid on time isn’t just an ‘oops, sorry.’ Some of us count on this as our income and live paycheck to paycheck
We put money out of our own pockets to do the work whether it would be reimbursements or gas
No other company could pay late and just say sorry. There are labor laws but once again being an independent contractor gets us screwed
They are one of the fastest paying MSCs so not a big deal to me if they are a few days late. Weekly payment is much appreciated.

Still no pay as of yet. No update from messages I've sent them today about pay.

@dobsgirl -- I see you changed your message. Did they affirmatively say they WERE NOT going to pay today, or did they just not respond to you? The last payment I got from Ipsos was in the mid-afternoon Central time -- not first thing in the morning.

It's not just you.

No money from IPSOS. Emailed mysteryshopper but they never answer anyway. Called and the phone went into voice mail.

Got a small payment today from SeeLevelHX. But that's Bestmark that is behind, SCM that is behind, Secret Shopper (though they cut the check 3/4, they haven't malied it) that is due now, and now IPSOS. I'm going to need to find another way to pay my bills before my day job pays me next week . This is really bologna.
Still no pay here either. I’m not worried as much as getting paid late as to not getting paid at all. I’ve had it happen too much. Especially with this place. There needs to be a place to report non payments to.

They won’t respond to me either
Pay just started coming through everyone. I just texted my favorite sweet scheduler and they had not been paid either, but it came through just as we were texting.
