Accessing Coyle reports before date of assignment

Many companies do not have their reports accessible until the day of the actual visit, even if there are things to report beforehand, like reservations, pre-visit calls, etc. Usually, I ask if I can access my report earlier, as I like to enter as much as I can before the visit (especially reservation narratives and questions). Although I have never been told no when I make this request, I am wondering... Does anyone else do this, too? Does anyone know if this creates any kind of problem or inconvenience for the MSC?

Coyle, et al guidelines and reports are always available for viewing and/or printing. Input not possible until it is due. I will write up the reservation/phone call in MS Word while referencing the report. Then I cut and paste when the report is due. No need for me to contact the MSC for early access. This has been my experience and practice. Saves time and the info is fresh in your mind.
Yes, I have done that too. I prefer to enter it in the actual report though, as there are usually many questions to answer and provide comments for, as well. I asked about this, because I have a current assignment that had been made available to me for the pre-visit interactions. After I completed one, we had conversation that possibly would have changed my visit to a different assignment. After that did not work out, my first/current report is again no longer accessible. I will be completing my next pre-visit interaction next week, so I was looking for feedback.
My responses had nothing to do with a different assignment. They had a last minute March cancellation I was trying to help out with. If I had been able to change my reservation to complete that one instead, my current assignment would have changed. After they assigned me March, we found out my reservation could not be changed to March, so then I was back on with my current one.
