Confero Slow Review

Did a recycling shop mid March. Still not graded/reviewed. Anyone else have this going on with Confero?

Really happy to see a new scheduler there. She's been great for me. My grocery store shops are getting approved within 48 hours. I would reach out to Olivia or Karen for assistance if the scheduler isn't listed.
Olivia is awesome! She's a grocery scheduler. Maybe she can help you.

And here's an email link to a reviewer who edits grocery shops. Maybe she can help you as well: paular@conferoinc.com

Good luck!

Remember! You must submit your report by midnight. If you don't, you will get cited or maybe dropped as a shopper altogether. However, they can take however the heck long they want without any consequences. One standard for you, and no standard for them!
UPDATE: Olivia responded to my contact by saying it was forwarded to her client manager. Two weeks later, the shop is still in the same status. Same day submission is not an issue. The Submit Date is the same as the due date.

Will update when more becomes available.

I'm having problems getting paid by them, which is unusual. I did a shop in December 2021 and then just did another one in June 2022. Same type shop. That's when I noticed I never got paid for the December one! Reached out to Olivia who was the scheduler and she turns around and "ASSIGNS" the shop to me, with the due date December 2021! How strange is that? I wrote back about it, but Olivia didn't reply. So I reached out to Karen, who just advised me to email their shopper pay division. I did so several days ago, still have heard nothing. So now I have two shops pending, one that is supposedly "due" last December (which was already edited and I received a "9" for) and the one I just did in June. I am confused and no one is getting back to me to help me with this. What's going on? I've worked with them for years and never had a problem before! They are throwing out big bonuses and good pay, but if you're not getting paid, then what does it matter?
Try these emails....Elaine Buxton is the boss over there at Confero...here is the email address I have for her: ebuxton@conferoinc.com.
Also, here is the payroll address I have: shopperpayments@conferoinc.com

What I've done in the past is send a well written email, firm but with NO sassiness or rudeness in my comments (tho tempted!) to these two at the same time. I also attach a screen shot of the Shopper Log page showing what job(s) I did that had been approved, that also shows the date(s) of approval, and ask them to look and see how payment is overdue based on their own payment schedule....THEN I attach a copy of their Payment Policy to the email....for the 4 or 5 times that I've had to do this, the payment has always been received within a couple of days....here is a LINK to their Payment Policy.....good luck to y'all!!
