Depending upon the number of rooms/racks/boxes:
Be prepared to work with at least two boxes initially in order to assure some of each brochure and ad type for each rack. If you have time, group everything according to the total number of racks. This has never happened for me, and I have never had the opportunity to prepare so well at home. I always have had to work with boxes that were delivered to offices.
I have used strong tote bags, the project's boxes as they are emptied, and strong garbage bags for the discards. Someone who does a lot of these assignments uses huge luggage (I think they once said they bring something that is now too big to bring on a plane).

Thanks for your input, very helpful! Any tips for sorting the materials that are in the boxes or is it a "no brainer" when you open the packs you can clearly tell what goes where? Did you ever bring a basket or something to take away the old brochures? Thanks again!
