Anyone work with MovieMeasure?

Has anyone done shops with them or know what they involve? Do you know if you have to stay for the whole movie on a trailer check?

Absolutely not, the only way you get to stay to watch the entire movie when you do a trailer check, is if you buy a ticket for the movie so that you can stay and watch.

What Mor said. You check the trailers, then you leave that screen once they are done. Notable exception...sometimes they ask you to stay if there is a short film before the main film to see if that plays.
@Mel41099 I've been with Movie Measure since 2019. They are an easy company to work with. They do use an app which will have to download, and it auto matches your trailer much like the music app Shazam does. You answer a few questions once it matches the trailer and then move on to the next trailer.

Sometimes the app will match the wrong trailer, but you have an option to say wrong trailer and correct it. I recommend bringing pen and paper with you because the app crashes on occasion.

You get a letter of authorization to give to management it states in your letter you are not allowed to watch the film. Some films do have the Pixar short films where they want you to capture it. They let you know. This doesn't pay a lot, so unless you can pick up multiple locations and get them done by the deadline, you won't be getting big paychecks. Most people just do it for a little extra, I do it because I love films and it's a great way to keep current with what's coming out next.

You won't really have time to stay and watch the film most showtimes are anywhere between 15, 20, or 30 apart on average.

Lastly they have YouTube videos of tutorials telling you how to use the app, how to map out your showtimes and answer any questions you may have.

Good luck and go for it. They do more than just trailers. You can PM me if you have any other questions.
