Hello, I'm just now seeing this and I wanted to reply so everybody is aware of the entire situation. The $15 client incentive was offered on a previous month's shop, on a very specific Shop ID#. The shop that @davewolin requested was in an entirely new month and a completely Shop ID#.
I agree with @Susan L. If there is a screenshot with the exact Shop ID# you requested, with a client incentive attached, we would have added it immediately, but it was a completely different shop, that did not include an incentive. When we bulk through the platform we use, it is attached to a very specific Shop ID#.
Please make sure to check the “bonus” field of the Shop ID# you are choosing, to see if a bonus is attached or not. If there is a bonus attached, there will be an amount in the bonus field. If there is no bonus, the bonus field will be blank.
