Needing to whitelist isecretshop to unblock email

Hi All, is anyone having this issue? I have been with the isecretshop platform since it's inception, and suddenly on the site there is a message that my email is blocked. Subsequently, I am not receiving any emails from my mystery shopping companies in my gmail. I've asked iss twice for help to clear this, the first message said they didn't have a record of my gmail at all and to add their IP to my whitelist, the second message was that I needed to fix this issue on my end. I have added their domain and IP address to my filters and the issue isn't clearing up. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It sounds like you just recently had the issue and you were receiving the emails before? Did you mark one as spam accidentally? If Morledzep suggestion doesn't work, you could always create a NEW gamil account just for your ISS shops. Not really sure what else to suggest.
