Payment for Alta360?

I am new to Alta360. My understanding is that they pay on the 30th of the month for the previous month. So yesterday (as the 30th was a holiday) we should have been paid for April shops. Anyone get their money? I have not!

You have nothing to fear. Atla360 ALWAYS pays, Sometimes it's day late, sometimes it's a day early, mostly they pay right on time. But you do need to watch them, Look carefully at the pay history and make sure that you are getting paid for every job that you did.

I got paid today. Perfect, like always. I've never had a problem with them.

It says on the last day of the month and if it is a weekend or Holiday then they would pay the next working day unless that to is a Holliday for example if the 30th were the last day and it was a Saturday or Sunday and Monday was a Holiday then you would get paid on Tuesday. Or if the 30th were a Friday and a Holiday then you would get paid on Monday the 1st. They are a reputable company and they do pay. Hope that helps. smiling smiley (been doing their shops for years)

Yes Alta360 is very good about paying! always check your approved shop ledger to make sure it balances just like a check book. Ipsos on the other hand does not even provide you with a monthly statement and they do miss shops so if you do their work then you really need to keep tight rein on your invoices.

If new to a company there may be a delay in the payments. But most of the companies will be on time.
