Mintel Login Problem?

It's been several hours. I've used two browsers and a Chromebook, my phone, and a Windows 10 laptop. I've also cleared my cache and cookies.

Anyone else?

I just tried with Firefox, Opera and Chrome on my phone. No luck I get a message that my browser has stopped trying as it is not redirecting correctly or something like that or that the page is not working. Cleared Cookies, as suggested, and the problem is not solved.

OK. The website worked for me for about three minutes just now and then it stopped working again. It's now back to the same cookies/redirect too many times error message.
Yep, my Pale Moon browsers says it's not directing properly. Something on Mintel's end, no doubt.
As of 10:30 Central Time, it is still down at my house too. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg?

Thank goodness it’s not just my computer! It’s now 10:45 AM central time and still the same message
I came on to report Mintel was working. I am working for the Provinicial Election right now so had not checked for a few hours. Glad its back up for you.

Clear your cache on your device.
It was just working for me and I was entering surveys, then started getting error messages again. Sigh....
No, thank you. Not again. I did all that and more the last time Mintel was acting up and found out later the problem was on Mintel's end.

The website is working now.

Cool, glad it's working. But clearing the cache will make it so your device isn't still trying to reach the damaged version of the website. It'll search for a new connection in the old place, which is where you are trying to get to.
I understand, but the same error just happened recently and I did more than clear the cache. That did not help the problem at all because the problem was with Mintel. Clearing the cache and cookies (which was what the error message suggested) just caused more issues for me because it got rid of information I wanted to remain for other sites.

The problem persists today. I can enter one survey, but when I try to enter a second one it goes to an error page. I let Josh know.
This does seem to be a recurring problem on Mintel's end. It's happening right now.

A global company with boatloafs of profit, such as Mintel, could get these problems fixed yesterday. That they haven't says something about the position of mystery shopping within the company.
