Not responding to my questions

The MSC who’s name is close to the name of a grocery store is not responding to my questions. They do not show a grade for any shop and I didn’t know if they accepted it or not. Anyone else had this problem? I called and sent a message.

I submitted an evaluation and never could tell if it had been excepted or not. This company does not give a grade on their shops. Anybody else have the problem?

Double negative of not not? Does that mean they ARE responding?

Your posting does NOT mention the company. How is anyone going to help you if we don't know the company you are asking about.

You either list the MSC or you list the client and someone will know. If you list neither, then we cannot help.

You can name the MSC. Just don't name any Client.
