Grace-Hill; Legit?

Hello,
Not sure I'm in the right place here, but just curious...Is Grace Hill a legitimate company? They're asking for my credit card because they say that's how they pay us. Any experience with this? Just trying to be cautious. Thank you.

They seem to be legit. I am also signed up with them. BUT use your head. Maybe someone is impersonating them?

Grace Hill is legit and only pays by PayPal.

Hmmm, how would they pay to your credit card? That seems odd. I would ask if there is an alternate method (paypal, check, direct deposit) for people who may not have credit cards.

I have seen the name for many years but they had nothing in my area. However this absolutely sounds like a scammer using their name. No legit shopping company has ever asked me for a credit card number. That just doesn't even make sense. Don't.

Grace Hill **IS** legit, but there are SO MANY SCAMMERS out there who are trying to come across as legit mystery shopping companies. In the 17 years I have been mystery shopping, and with the 125+ or so companies I am signed up with, I have **NEVER** had any mystery shopping company ask me for my credit card number!!!! PLEASE do NOT give them that information!!!

I know PayPal rules have changed recently and some mystery shopping companies have gone to other payment methods. But I have yet to hear of a mystery shopping company that wants to put money on your credit card. That definitely sounds like a scam to me.

Someone contacted you, but not the legitimate Grace Hill company. Asking for your credit card number in order to pay you is a sure sign of a scam. It is simply impossible for someone to pay you using your credit card number. I have done shops for Grace Hill. They pay using PayPal.

Did they contact you via email, text, or phone? If so it is more than likely a scam (99.99%). Did you click on the header to get the from information in the address header, and did it match one that you know is from them? I get a lot of PayPal scams And if they ask for any information from me, Then I delete the email.

Chiming in to confirm, yes, Grace Hill is legit, but they pay by Paypal. No legit MSC puts payments on your credit card. I do work for one company that pays on a reloadable debit card, but they set that up and have the card issued once you are onboarded and it is not connected to my credit in any way.
