Front Row checks

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to cash a Front Row check? My friend that I referred in VA got a check and Chime wouldn't cash it. They do not have a bank account and the bank does not have any branches in VA.

Is Front Row the name of the company issuing the check (like the name of an MSC), it is Front Row the name of the bank that the check is drawn on? Search for the routing number online to see which bank uses that routing number. Maybe there is a history of fraudulent checks drawn on whatever bank is supposedly involved.

Front row is the name of the MSP on the Gigspot platform. I have never worked for them. However, she finally got the check cashed it was actually a Walmart problem because it got caught in their system while attempting to cash it when the computer went down. So to belay any confusion there was no problem with the check itself the problem was with Walmart. (She cashes checks at Walmart and then deposits the cash on her Chime card she said.) I think not having a brick-and-mortar building is a delay, just my personal opinion. I love my credit union, and consider them as paying me to have my account there since I get a "profit-share" deposit every December.
Generally, family members of credit unions are eligible to become members themselves. Why not recommend to your daughter to join your credit union?
