I can't get the app to submit reports on IPSOS

I can do everything on the app but "submit". I have to wait til I get home and on my PC, pull up the shop on the website, and submit from there.

Anybody else have this happen? There just doesn't seem to be a submit button on the app. There's "Done", but that evidently doesn't submit

Any suggestions? I'm worried I may miss shop report deadlines (in some cases, as little as 8 hours) when I'm on the road on a long day and a long drive through areas will no cellular network coverage.

And yes, there are still areas in this wonderful country without cellular coverage.

I'm a "one percenter" -- I live in the 1% of the country that has no coverage!

Can you bring a laptop with you if the APP is not working correctly? If you are traveling for shops, I would want a backup source to just an app on my phone. I would carry a laptop with me for backup.
I have had great success just using the shop metrics website on my phone browser. I find that it is even faster than the app. However, this fires a decent data connection at the site. Complete shot metrics evaluations on site simply using the website on my phone browser.
After you hit "Done" it should close the report and sync. Wait a few seconds and then the "Submit" button will show up on the list of shops on your page. Are you not seeing the "Submit" button on your page after you hit done? Maybe try to refresh the page.

Right, but when you have no cell coverage, it doesn't synch.

So the submit button never appears, just the "resume" is there, like you haven't completed the shop. Oh, the time I've wasted paging through shops to spot what I missed!!! Only to realize I hadn't missed anything.

Uh..gotcha..looks like the only thing to do is wait until you get service somewhere along your route.

Absolutely. As soon as I have wifi, the submit button appears. Unfortunately, that's not until I get home!

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago, it wouldn't give me give me submit button because because I didn't have enough characters in narratives on a job I was doing. But the app won't tell you that you don't have enough characters, it just won't give you a submit button. You should be able to sign in to the website on your phone using a browser. The website version will tell you where your errors are.

I know I said to many technical words in a row.. And I honestly don't know if you can use Google on on an iPhone.

I wish they would get an app for Sassie. Working on the computer for hours is not fun when I get home.
I had the same issue twice with a certain deliver service shop and didn't get paid because there was no submit button. On they said they would reimburse me only for the money I spent and that I could pick the shop back up since it was on the board again, but I'm not. That was a lot of gas and time spent and I refuse to do it again for the same thing to happen. To add: I was on my computer trying to submit the shop.

I think its the site itself, because the submit button didn't come up on my laptop either. I refreshed, logged out and in and still no submit button.
