RQA Help

I completed a route of shops for RQA a few weeks ago...there are still 9 "COD" "shops" showing on my shop list. There was no product to be destroyed at those locations, so how do I get those "shops" to disappear from my shop log? I don't think I can get any new assignments until these are cleared...is that right?

I have the same issue. I am hoping they will just go away now that the project is completed.

I have those too. I have been assigned and completed more assignments with those still on the list.

The "COD" shops are just extras that weren't used when the stores had no product. Don't worry about them at all. They don't affect your ability to see any new jobs, as long as you have correctly completed the jobs you were scheduled to do.
