Several months ago someone from Curinos, not from the above-mentioned "team", helped me and told me that I was all set for automated Zelle payments. Yes, my bank does take Zelle. Several places send me Zelle payments monthly.
After very long delays in payment of April (and later) shops, I started finally getting check payments from Curinos. On each check there was a plea for me to contact their VDMT to set up electronic Zelle payments. I havr used the provided email to try to contact that team twice, starting about 2 weeks ago. They do not respond. Today, more payments by check. Edited t make clear: the problem is not with Zelle, it is with the Curinos payment folks.
I LOVE their shops and do a lot of them. Their schedulers are wonderful. But this VDMT is letting both Curinos and me down, big time.
