Curinos Vendor Data Management Team (VDMT) does not respond

Several months ago someone from Curinos, not from the above-mentioned "team", helped me and told me that I was all set for automated Zelle payments. Yes, my bank does take Zelle. Several places send me Zelle payments monthly.

After very long delays in payment of April (and later) shops, I started finally getting check payments from Curinos. On each check there was a plea for me to contact their VDMT to set up electronic Zelle payments. I havr used the provided email to try to contact that team twice, starting about 2 weeks ago. They do not respond. Today, more payments by check. Edited t make clear: the problem is not with Zelle, it is with the Curinos payment folks.

I LOVE their shops and do a lot of them. Their schedulers are wonderful. But this VDMT is letting both Curinos and me down, big time.

Zelle is nasty. I went, in person, two times to local bank to set up an account. That was 60% of the job from Curinos. I was assured Zelle will be automatic next time.
I have no problem with Zelle. I have used it for a long time to both send and receive funds. The problem is happening on the Curinos end of things.

Hi Wales,

I have reached out to our payments team to get you paid via Zelle instead of by check from now on. You can always reach out to the schedulers if the payments team isn't responsive. I have been working with the payments team to get everyone updated to their preferred method of payment. I'm happy I saw this post so we can get his fixed.

I think I get DD. I'm okay with that. No real need for zelle. I use zelle to pay my gardener on my rental property and for other things, but i don't really need payments from MSC to be zelle.

I usually get an invoice showing what i'm getting paid (even though it's not descriptive to the shopper) and then I see the $ land in the bank the next day.

Many thanks. I knew that someone from Curinos would be on hand to help with this. Another reason that this is one of my very favorite MSCs.
