A Closer Look Technical Problems

I was surprised when I got a reminder email to submit my shop report within 24 hours. I submitted my report many hours ago and saved the PDF. My report's status was shown as "Submitted." I checked online after the email and the status was now "Incomplete." Even worse, most of my answers and narratives have disappeared!

I experienced a lot of issues while I was working on the report but I was certainly not expecting this! Good thing I saved a copy of my completed report!

I will email ACL a copy of my report. I hope they don't ask me to enter everything again. I wrote a very long narrative in one section.

Edited to add: OMG. I looked at the report after I got home. It's useless! Almost all of the comments are missing and most of the Yes/No/N/A answers don't match what I actually answered.

ACL says it's aware and is trying to salvage the lost data. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I had trouble with a report I was trying to do on Thursday. It was recorded call shop and it wasn't letting me pull up my recording nor was it saving any of my answers. I reached out to the scheduler and she was great. I was able to get it submitted yesterday.
