So I am not going to disclose which shop this was, but it was a grocery store, and I was quite upset with the outcome of this shop. I completed prior shops for this particular store and have encountered already two issues. The first time I ever shopped here, they said they needed to review the video footage to ensure that I completed the shop properly. After I waited about two weeks, they said I did not conduct the shop properly and I had to explain myself to the scheduler and pretty much fight on the outcome. I ultimately got paid for this shop. However, I did another one of these shops, but its a different set of guidelines for the same shop. I conducted the shop, per the guidelines. I was required to visit 3-4 different depts. in the store and I did everything the guideline stated. They rejected my shop stating I never approached the two of the counters I was supposed to. I fought them and stated I did, which I did, I spent nearly 10 mins at the first counter, and even retrieved an item from that particular counter, an item you can only get if you are helped by an associate behind the counter. And the second counter, I approached, although a quite interaction, I approached it. So they sent back screenshots of the video footage stating they did not see me. I emailed the scheduler back 2 times explaining and she said the store has to reject the shop. So basically, I am saying, be careful on completing this shop. It may not be worth it. It was quite a headache. I spent time, effort, and money for nothing.
