Corporate Research International - What happened to them?

I loved doing their shops. Granted it's been about a decade since I have, but I'd like to again. Where did they go?

It was purchased by SteriCycle. Although SteriCycle remains a strong player in its core businesses, it closed up the mystery shopping division after loosing most (all?) clients.
If it was a gas station shop, which is the only thing I saw with Stericycle, KSS schedules that gas station now.
I remember their terrible website. There was a small chain restaurant here in Southern California that the would shop. It was like a diner and similar to Marie Calendars/Coco's type set up. I did those until they lost them.
I did a regional bank for them. It then went to Maritz and finally to IPSOS. Along the way the questionnaire became simpler and the base fees smaller until finally the client discovered that it wasn't collecting useful data. The client terminated the program with IPSOS.
Yeah, I really enjoyed doing shops for CRI. They had a separate place on their weird website to find assisted living shops that paid $50 and I did a number of those. Plus retail shops on their regular side. I was really disappointed when they were bought by Stericycle and their assisted living shops were no more.

I miss Corp Research and Stericycle as well, they would REALLY bump of commissions on their blue & gold gas shops to where it was uber lucrative. I am looking for Gattiland & Moe's shops, not sure what company does those nowadays. winking smiley
