How do you propose finding all the shoppers who do work for her? There have been estimates of the percentage of all shoppers who are on this Forum, and it has never been very high. If all of the shoppers who work for her are 10,000 (not unlikely), and 1,000 are on this forum, that still leaves her 9,000 shoppers. Have you tried to find out how many shoppers who work for her are on this forum?
I just checked, and only 3068 forum members admit to working for MF. [edited to correct the following number} 190 admit to working for Satisfaction Services. IPSOS, which is widely discussed has 646 forum members who say they are registered with IPSOS.
If this was certified as a class action suit, then you might be able to have the court send an email or letter to every member of her shopper database (that is how it works for large class action suits with stocks and other securities; also, the costs of sending out those emails and tracking the responses would have to get paid by the law firm long before any possible future settlement, before a penny goes to the actual shoppers). In order to get an attorney interested, you will have to provide an estimate of the total amount owed to the proposed class. Do you think she owes the class a million dollars? If you say you don't know, then you should probably give up now. If you say it is $10 million dollars and have a very solid way of arriving at that estimate, you might get an attorney to work on contingency.
I still suggest that your best course of action is to the Small Claims Court. Grevell, where are you located? If you are in Maine (for instance), file suit there. She will have to hire a lawyer licensed to practice in Maine to appear in court. She probably won't, and you will get a default judgment against her. Or she will decide that the money she owes you is less than the cost of the attorney admitted to the bar in Maine. Even if you are in Tennessee like her, the cost of an attorney would likely exceed what she owes you. Be greedy. Strike where the iron is hot = Small Claims Court.

Mickie has not paid any one who has done her shops since last June. She will tell you a sob story, which is false. If we ban together and don't work for her maybe she will get the hint. I have written her and told her that I may file a class action suit against her company.
Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
