What's going on with Person to Person Quality?

I've been holding my breath as I kept my eye on P2P the last few months. I noticed that the number of shops they have available has been dwindling, and very few new shops were posted in September. I did manage to pick up and complete several shops in August and payment was supposed to have arrived by today, as per their policy. They state on the home page in Prophet that shoppers are paid via PayPal "at the end of the month following the one in which the shop is submitted." Well, as I write this, it's late in the day on Sept. 30th and I have not received payment yet for those August shops. I have contacted them about it and am waiting for a response. I never had any problems with this MSC in the past and am just wondering if anyone else has had issues with P2P lately, especially regarding payment.

Does P2P solely shop auto dealers? If so, the delay may be caused by a slow down in the industry.

Not that I'm aware. I believe they had some, but at this point in time, most of what they have available are banking shops. Years ago, P2P used to have a lot more variety in types of shops than they do now.
Well, I received an answer saying that there was a "minor glitch with the payments this month" and that they "expect to deposit your funds on Monday." Whether depositing my funds means sending the payments to me via PayPal, or depositing funds into their bank account to pay shoppers afterwards, I do not know. Of course, I am hoping that my fees will be sent to PayPal on Monday as well.

I'm still wondering if P2P is not doing very well. I hope they make it. I always liked doing shops for them.

This will be an example of contrast. At least 10 yrs. ago, P2P was paying me $65+ mileage for Medicare shops; Trendsource was below $25. The business model Trendsource chose was to pay a much smaller fee, but to pay it very rapidly; rapid in comparison to the industry.
