Everybody has a specific email that they use with their PayPal account. There could be a problem if the email you are currently using with Ipsos is not the same email that you use with PayPal. Just double check and make sure that the PayPal email you have listed in your profile is indeed the correct PayPal email.

How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg?
"Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg."

It is the same email. And I received identical messages several days apart, even though I replied to the first one.
Also though, don't ever click a link in a questionable email. I don't know if you cut and pasted or it was a typo, but the Ipsos url is not spelled correctly in your post. If that is the case, it could likely be a scam.

It doesn't look like a scam. As long as they are encouraging you to go to the official site youtself, and not asking you to click a link or forward them information, it is likely legit. They just want to make sure you don't have a different email for PayPal.
GinnyLynn, good catch. I did copy & paste it. I went back and you are correct - the letters are transposed. It is likely a scam. Thank you!
Diana Paone processes the payments. She is not only legitimate, but one of the best! Regarding PayPal, you can have multiple emails for your PayPal account and all payments end up in the one PayPal account. I had an email with one MSC and the same email for PayPal. With IPSOS, I started using another email and just added that email address to my PayPal account and my profile with IPSOS for payments. At one time before Presto grew to be what it is now, I did some shops through that APP for IPSOS, and used the first PayPal email that I was not using with IPSOS. It caused a conflict somehow, because my Presto profile did not match my IPSOS profile when it came to my PayPal email. So I changed it to reflect what I had with IPSOS. This may be what happened to you if you use both SASSIE and Shopmetrics, since you have to fill in a profile for each. Maybe they were not identical. I do not know. But, I assure you, Diana was only trying to make sure you got paid, that is all.
hi folks - that email is actually not a scam. It was really sent from me (Diana Paone) and really contains a typo (my mistake). If you received it, it means your Shopmetrics account is missing your PayPal email address. When that happens, we attempt to pay you at your shopper email address, but sometimes they are not the same. I encourage anyone that got that email to contact me directly if you have any questions or need more details. If you got the message more than once several days apart, that's me sending you a reminder because the issue is still not fixed
