Early Pay from IPSOS?

Did anyone else get their IPSOS pay early this week? Mine arrived today...not sure why. Is it holiday pay season again? (Thought that was Tuesday/Friday though)

I think they sent an email that they would be paying twice a week for the rest of the year during for this holiday season.
I'm not sure if they have always done this, but MaritzCX always did during the holiday season. It appears to be something that they kept from the merger, but again it's possible that they did it before.
I didn't see a notice, but i got paid today. I had become accustomed to Tuesdays. For me, I don't really care as they pay and they pay regularly. 1x or 2x a week does not matter to me. I don't even need it weekly. Just be consistent and at least monthly and I can live with that.

I can remember back during mid to late 2000s, payments from companies (not all) could take 2 to 3 months. Now things are happening quicker and more reasonably.
I received mine today, as well....interesting....they are 'probably' trying to atone for the recent editing backlogs....
Maybe someone at Ipsos pushed the wrong button. Strange they did not communicate it. It is always a good thing when you get paid early whether you need the cash or not. We'll see if anyone gets paid on Fri to see if they have moved to the 2 x week holiday schedule.

They have always done this. They also have paid on alternative days depending on holidays. Here is what the latest email stated regarding this:

"November through December, will be paying our shoppers TWICE per week for any and all shops completed in our Sassie and/or Shopmetrics platforms!"

I think they meant to write: "...we will be paying..."

Whoever wrote the email was probably excited. A more appropriate title would be “holiday pay schedule”.

I do the max # of regular box shops, club, gate and flight shops this time of year and bi-weekly is nice.
Has anyone been paid twice a week yet? I have not and I have shops completed and received but I have only been paid once this week. This happened last week also.

You will only be paid 2x in the same week if you do enough shops and they are edited/finalized in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a couple of Chinese fast food shops that took 6-7 days to edit/finalize, so there was no way for me to get paid 2x in the same week. However, I'm also not doing a boatload of shops for them either. The more shops you do, the greater chance you have of getting 2 payments in the same week. But I'm not shopping with them just to get paid 2x in a week. The pay/bonus needs to be at an acceptable level for me.
Could this platform furnish me with a phone number for IPSOS? I have shops from late summer still not paid. I changed my PayPal address and advised them of this, but nothing still. I sent an email to their generic, (read: never read) shopper address and singled out a particular "higher up" and have heard nothing. I want to call now as I want to close out these shops as paid.
Karen Holland is a follower/poster on this board and a scheduler for Ipsos. She has been pretty responsive and informative. Have you tried reaching out to her?

They did publish a phone number on Facebook a while ago, but it goes to a voicemail box that is manned by the same group who doesn't respond to the shopper emails. Dead end but here it is: 833-782-0500

The only luck I've had resolving a complicated payment issue with them is to contact Carey Medina directly. She'll get it sorted out for you. Her phone and email are below:

It does not matter how many shops you have done to get paid twice per week. It all depends on the date the edit was completed and then you could potentially be paid twice per week during the holiday season. You could have done 2 shops a day apart or even the same day. That does not mean they will get paid on the same day. The edit date comes into play.

The Monday payment notification states it was for shops completed and verified through "approximately" (date inserted), which is usually the previous Friday. And payments arriving Thursday state they were for shops completed and verified through "approximately" (date inserted), which is usually the previous Tuesday.
