HS BRANDS: Are they now paying shoppers?

Used to work for them, was very satisfied with both them and their good clients, but now I need to ask before accepting any shops if they are paying on time. Had seen postings about some folks not being paid or having to fight for their shop payments. Thanks in advance.

I have not had any issues with them.

I have completed 246 shops over a 16 yr. period and do not recall ever being paid late. Last yr., I completed 10 assignments and was paid in an average of 43 days. If one considers five days for report submission and editing, my money arrived an average of 38 days after the work was received.

I have received my payments in a timely manner.

HS Brands recently updated their payment policy and are stating that they are paying roughly 35 days after shop is accepted.

Looks about right.

My October payment was in 30 days 10/21 shop paid 11/22.
My November payment was in about 39 days 11/8 shop paid 12/19.

I still haven't received my payment for September :-(

Never had a problem with them.

I've not had any issue with HS Brands. My payments arrived within about 30 days.

No longer. They are officially over that amount. They will not answer their telephones. I'm livid.

Yes, it seems they are becoming slow to pay again. I had a payment that was overdue and was told by a scheduler to send an email to Payments@hsbrands.com, which I did -- but I had immediate results after calling the Las Vegas location and speaking to Tyler Graves. His number is (800) 723-1150, Ext. 813. After speaking with him, my payment arrived within minutes. They did get back to me via email two days later, telling me I had been paid about three weeks earlier than I had! I replied to correct them on that.

Thank you for the information. I attempted to call but the system wouldn’t put me through but said the extension wasn’t valid. So I had to leave a message….my shops were completed in March and there’s no sign of payment yet.

I was paid for the shops I did, right on time according to their pay schedule.

I did a job for them in September last year 2022- was paid on October 11. Just completed 25 shops in May and 3 shops in June and had not received payments in 45 days which was the promised time. I had to put out my own money to purchase $6. for each shop. I contacted the office and they sent me a list of weekly payments that is going to put me into Close to 90 days to get my funds.
