Ipsos Rotation

I am looking to better understand what the rotation is for Ipsos web and phone shops. I'm just wondering what that means. Is it that particular batch of jobs? or a period of time, like per month? Or something else? (Ie: "Only 5 shops per shopper, per rotation." ..and I'm looking for clarification on that but cannot find it. Thanks!

Check the guidelines of the shops you want to do. It will have it there. Most of the time it is for that quarter and in most instances, they will wave them IF THEY have trouble getting the shops done.

When you sign in and look at the report form, it will say on top what the criteria is during that time. Something like: "only 15 shops this round" or "must wait 30 days before shopping the same location" it all depends. And yes it is per batch of jobs - type of shop. Sometimes the guidelines will also tell those details.
I've been wondering the same! I reached out the scheduler about rotations but didn't hear back. If we're thinking of the same big batch of jobs for the jewelry client, it seems to be limited to around 5 shops per channel type. I've been able to do several shops through most channels, but I start to be unable to apply after 5(ish?) of each type. If you're getting bumped out of an application (like webform) try applying for another channel type (like phone or fb messenger) and you might get through.

Some folks mentioned that it's supposed to be listed in the shop description, but if it's there then we're both missing it.
