What about NSite???

Anyone know about this MSC?? They contacted me about doing a shop, and both the text and email communication were terrific! So I agreed to the shop, but wondering about the MSC itself, and experiences others may have had with them. TIA!!

Did a few shops for them in 2014.... haven't worked for them since. If I recall they were easy to work with, paid on time and really not memorable. Lol

I decide to sign up for them after reading this thread. They have a very interesting/different sign up process with their "tests".

From my understanding, they don't really have a job board as such, but they will contact you if there is a shop near you. Is that correct?
Did one pre-pandemic. No issues; loved it. @wrosie, that was my experience but I don't recall tests.
Their "tests" were reading the company information and then answering their questions such as "what is our fax number" and "what is our mailing address". They called it a reading comprehension test.
I've been signed up with them for so long that I can't recall any "tests" as such! Yes, I got a text inviting me to do the job. From there we texted and emailed. Communication was awesome! Glad to read the positive reviews!
Here's a link to signing up, if you're interested: [nsiteinc.com]
@guysmom, I was signed up for a long time as well. Got asked to do a shop 2X before the time was right for me. Enjoy and you will love, love, love what you earn. @wrosie~I did no such test but it doesn't seem too difficult. :-)
Never said the tests were difficult, it was basically a way to make sure you read how they work, what they expect from you and what their business model is.

I just said it was different from any other MSC I've signed up for and that's over 100.

I shopped with them years ago. They had an upscale shoe retailer and a dueling piano bar here. No problem with communication and guidelines. The reporting platform required character counts and limits in the narratives. That was kind of a pain. Robert Countryman was (is?) the owner. He's been in the business for a long time, formerly with Bestmark. I had to chase payments from him. Probably too many years ago to be relevant though.
I know you did not. I think my attempt at humor failed once again. Thank you for sharing your experience regarding their tests!

I like the restaurants that they have on their roster and enjoy them every now and then. What I have trouble with is that their example narratives never align with the actual report, so if I were to writeup using their example as a guide, I would get a follow-up with "Why did you write it like that?" and then "no, don't follow the example..."
Countryman is the CEO, I just looked at their site as I had not heard of them. Based in MN.
Can someone tell me if there are shops in CA before I fill out any application with them?
This was my experience as well.

I didn’t respond to their recent email, partly due to my past experiences with them. Hopefully, things have improved on their end, and our members will be able to provide positive feedback, from assignment to payment.

I'm looking forward to doing my shop for them this Thursday. I actually received a text today from Mr. Countryman asking if I had any questions before Thursday, which I thought was awesome! Hopefully the pay will arrive on time via Paypal as stated in their terms. I will let everyone know how the shop goes. The pay takes up to 45 days, I believe. I'll have to report on that aspect several weeks from now.
Did my first shop yesterday with them. It was for a patio furniture store. I put my phone on airplane mode and then recorded everything, which helped when writing up my report. I was in and out in 13 minutes!! I got it all reported and sent in. It's been graded already, and I got an "A". So I'm happy! Now just have to wait 30-45 days to get paid thru PP.
This might be a dumb question, but how do you search for jobs? When I log in, I only see "My Shops" which I have none since I don't see any search fields or open shops to do.

I can't speak for others, but for myself, out of the blue, I got a text message from Mr. Countryman asking if I would be interested in the job. I asked him to email me the guidelines and report, and he did. After reading through it, I accepted it. Apparently, many, many moons ago, somehow, I had applied to this company and had included my cell phone number. I've never done a job for them in the past that I can recall. Just goes to show ya.....sign up, sign up, sign up...you never know when something will come your way! As for a job board, I don't see any on there, either.
Not many shops in So Cal area.

I did a few shops for him in Chicago back in 2018 as well. I remember there being many more shops to choose from in Chicago than in So Cal.

I have not had any bad experienced with Robert.

The software they use is a little corny. Don't want to pay the costs to join the big boys on Sassie or Shopmetrics.
I continue to receive requests for shops. Just checking to see if anyone has received timely payment.
I did get paid. They state payment terms are a month, so after an extra day or two past the month, I emailed Mr Countryman about it. He said that they had just gotten the check from the Client and were sending out Paypal payments that day and the next. So yes, it was in my Paypal within 24 hours. But there's just something in my craw about having to contact them and the reason I was given. So....would I shop for them again??? I might. They DID email me again shortly after that about going to the same location, but I'm, like, DUH....no!! I was just there not two months ago....how will they not remember me when I was the only customer in the store!! Don't you folks have rotation?? Anyhow, that's my story.
