They sent me separate e-mails about each shop located within 100 miles from my residence. I am receiving dozens invitations each day.

Me too. Not quite as far as yours. But a good 60 miles away. I've gotten 3 or 4 emails today. $5 PAD, RIGHT! Try 20x that much! Then maybe!
They all say HELP in the subject line. I opened a couple and saw the almost 2 hour drive from my location with $5.00 PAD on a $10.00 shop. What a joke. I won't go to the location 5 min from my house for that pay.
I generally go to their website and submit a realistic PAD request, regardless of what they offer in the email. Sometimes they agree to my PAD request. More often, I hear nothing and when I look at the status of my requests, someone else is doing it (PAD unknown).

I am not interesting in any such offers at all. 50% of them are revealed shops that I am not doing for anyone. But getting 20 shops per day something really off.

Just respond to their email, and ask them to stop. They will. They hire college interns and really inexperienced people who are very eager but are lacking the acumen to know how silly some of these offers are. But they are generally very nice, and always responsive. Tell them what area you are interested in (maybe suggest only within 50 miles) and what your minimum PAD is (mine is $20). I did this a year ago and 99% of the time they don't send me the $5 offers that are 2 states away.
I did. still coming but the volume of e-mails decreased.

PAD is basically travel. I forget what the letters stand for. It is in addition to the basic pay.

I do mostly on-site inspections for them. Can be a business, an apartment complex, or an empty lot. I've done repo shops for them that made me nervous (guard dogs!). They are different and interesting.
