Shout Out- MarketForce

I've been doing shops for 8 months now and I've done many with MF. I'd guess 35-40 and almost all of them have sailed thru, and I feel confident I've given good feedback and honest, detailed observations. Anyhow...... in that period of time there have been "2" times.....where they were within their rights to bounce my shop. I won't specify because it's sort of MF's business. But. yes- twice they could've given me a hard time even though no harm was done. And twice - -- they've been reasonable.

It's easy to complain -- -so when there's a chance to voice something positive, I thought I would make a point to do so.

Glad you had good experiences.

I got flack from another MSC editor last week. Apparently in the bright sunlight, I hit a button to change my pictures from color to black and white.

The editor was going to bounce my report because I provided black and white photos of the front of the grocery store and the men's room. I responded back stating if you couldn't tell what the pictures were without color........

Anyway, they sent it to the scheduler and I'm still waiting for it to be approved.
Now that's funny.

I have always found Marketforce willing to listen to the shopper's side when an assignment goes off course. Unlike some MSCs, they seem to realize that it does not benefit them or us when a shop is rejected because something happens that is not shopper error.

Well apparently the black and white pictures were acceptable because now the shop shows ready to pay or whatever it is.

I think the editor was with WordSmith or whatever that company is. I don't think they are very knowledgeable about mystery shopping reports and just try to go by the "rules" they are given.
