Merchandiser App

Any do these gigs? I’m signed up and get notifications but haven’t taken the plunge. Just curious how involved their audit and merchandising are. Any input! TIA.

I haven't seen anything worthy of doing in at least 2 or 3 years. Most things are pay between $6-10 and they are not quick two or three picture jobs.
^^^ what Joanna said ^^^. I deleted the app finally bc there was NOTHING worth doing over the past two years that paid fairly!!!
AVOID! I tried them when I got back into the IC work earlier this year. I did a couple of jobs, then I realized how sneaky they were. Jobs started coming up that advertised $20 per hour. Not bad, I thought, as they were local to me. These jobs were in stores I shop IRL, and I remembered seeing a girl doing them a couple of times. Then, as I read the guidelines, I noticed in the "fine print" it stated the job had to be done within 30 minutes of the time you started or you would not be paid. I knew completing the job within the time allotted would not be possible because of the amount of work involved dealing with back stock, then restocking the main section of the product and every check out lane. You simply cannot do the checkout lanes quickly because of all the customers. Before I even had a chance to cancel the jobs, they rejected a job I submitted because supposedly I did not submit it. The app clearly said the job had been submitted. I had the number to one of the schedulers because he had called me several times. The man confirmed the job had been submitted correctly and that they had made a mistake rejecting it, however, they would only revise their rejecting after I completed the $20/hour jobs I had accepted. I told him that was not fair for them to withhold rightful payment from a job I turned in on time and accurate. The guy said if I just did the new jobs I had accepted, then would get paid for everything. He also added that he would give me special access to jobs and take jobs away from other workers and give to me. There were red flags everywhere!!!! I told him, keep the money and do not contact me again - ever. I deleted the app and haven't looked back. Did I mention to avoid them? winking smiley

If they were $20 per hour jobs but had to be completed in 30 minutes, I wonder if they would have only paid $10 if you were successful?

Indeed, that is exactly what would have happened. Now that I think about it, I don't ever see anyone doing that job in the store I frequent.
I downloaded the app because I wanted to see what y'all were talking about. There's a job auditing flushable wipes with "~5 min" for the time, but then it says, "This is a ten-minute job." The very first task they require - checking in at customer service as a vendor - could easily take up the entire ten minutes. There's no telling how many people get suckered by them...
