Gapbuster Input Report Problem - HELP!

I did a shop for them last night and tried to input my report several times last night. Each time I was unable to submit due to a glitch on their website. It is saying that my answers regarding the description of the staff member was invalid or a contradicting response. That is impossible since all I did was select from the multiple choice answers. I sent them an inquiry using the form on their website and have not received a response. I also sent an email to the address which sent me my confirmation for the shop but immediately received a response stating that, that was an unmonitored email address and to send the inquiry via their website. I just tried to submit the report again this morning and don't know what to do. I did print out my report in case I have to re-do it and the page which said that my answers were invalid, short of that I don't know what else to do. Now my report is late, but not for lack of trying and this is my first shop with this company. :<( I want to be paid for this shop!

I have a phone number for them of 770-781-3181. I have no idea if there would be anyone there on a Saturday, but it is perhaps worth a try.
Flash, Thanks for the number but it is no longer in service and is now disconnected. I have the report open in another tab and just keep on trying to submit and it does not work.....
Aaargh! I guess they must have closed their Cummings GA office so the fax is unlikely to work either. The BBB has an 'alert' on them that mail was returned as undeliverable.

A couple of things . . . I always submitted reports using Firefox. It has been several years since I worked for/with them. Have you done other reports recently for them using the browser you are using right now? I see no statement on the websiteabout what browser needs to be used.

Can you play with variations on the drop downs for some combination that is accepted and put a note in some comment space about what you needed to do to have the report accepted by the system?

Beyond that, having sent them an 'Enquiry' is about all you can do. You may want to make a pdf of your report in case you time out before they get back to you.
This is my first shop with them and I am using Firefox also. A friend who has shopped for them in the past just did one for them last month. She reported that she has never had a problem with submitting the reports.

I tried choosing the wrong answers just so that it is different and it gives me the same error message that it is an invalid and conflicting response.
