Has anyone signed up for JobSlinger? Gads, I get at least 50 emails a day from them and they are all the same. They have good jobs to find but what a waste of time. I wrote to them and it stopped for a couple of days but they are back at it again. I am unsubscribing and staying with MSPA. By the way. You new shoppers. If you sign up with MSPA just pay for a silver cert. That's all you need. You will always see get the gold cert but I am not willing to put out that kind of money.

More About JobSlinger

I have been signed up with Jobslinger for several years--not the Jobslinger Plus that is paying, just with the basic Jobslinger that is free. I don't know that I have ever received an email from them. As for the MSPA, shoppers definitely do not need to pay for any certifications from them or any other outfit to find work. Many companies could care less if you have an MSPA cert and for many who will let you enter your certification information on your registration, it is irrelevant as well.

I have also been with Jobslinger for some time and I haven't ever received an E-Mail from them. I do notice that some of the shops are not current. I also have a silver cert and I find that with some companies, it makes a difference. I think it shows you are serious about your business.

I love how Jobslinger makes registering with new Sassie companies so easy with express signup. I also like being able to search all those MSCs' listings from one site.

There's now a site which provides similar searching, but for Prophet or another platform's MSCs, isn't there? Its name escapes me right now.

www.archodev.com is for prophet sites... its free...

jobslinger is alright... 6 bucks a month and it puts all the sassie jobs in one place... plus several others... i feel it is worth it...

yeah they do send out companies that i never shop from... but you can individually remove yourself from their mailing list...

I was just locked out for 10 minutes because I apparently could not tell the difference between a circle and a triangle.

I've used Jobslinger for 2 months.I never pay for it, I log on there through FB. I don't get emails from it.But the jobs are not current.

I *hate* their captcha system. It's ridiculous. Yes, you can bypass it if you login with FB, but many shoppers don't wish to mix shopping and social media.

i dont mix any work and fb... its just a recipe for disaster...

I love having the new job postings texted to me immediately. I pay for the version that does that because I have competition in my area. Sometimes the jobs are gone within five minutes of being posted.

I as well have never gotten an email from Jobslinger....

JUst saying I am shopping OH also NW and would be more than happy to share info re this region. Second to none out of Ann Arbor for one. Quite reputable.

There is a site similar to Jobslinger, though, that lets you search multiple MSC's at once. I *think* they are all on Prophet, or maybe it's Clientsmart? I can't remember and I know I registered there. One of the MSC's mentioned it in an email and on their site, but darned if I can find the email to look it up.
