CONFERO: DOA after 3 citations?

I show as active with them but have 3 citations.
How do you get back into their good graces, so to speak?
Anytime I applied for shops, they were never accepted and remained unfilled.
If they assign me an open church shop, should I go to shopper confession while there?

Shopper confession...lol. I would contact my scheduler and provide him/her a heartfelt apology and promise to do better in the future. See how that goes. They can either say yes or no. They can't bite your head off.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Or go the old fashioned route and do a bunch of crappy jobs to get back in with them, if you feel it is worth it

I have citations with plenty of MSCs but when I click on them, it's just a note that I accepted an agreement and there is a zero value to the "citation". If yours are legitimate problems with your performance, then I expect you need to craft a letter. Maybe they give you another shot, maybe they don't. However, I also know sometimes jobs sit "unclaimed" when people have applied because they wait a couple days before choosing and assigning it.
