Can't get in touch with GFK

Is anyone else having trouble getting through to GFK? I have been trying to get through to them since early this morning, hoping to reschedule a shop. I have tried from 3 computers (though 2 are on my home WIFI). What should I do in this situation. The shop is for tomorrow, and while it is not an emergency to switch (just super busy), I worry that I also won't be able to get through to them to do the paperwork, thus the shop will be a waste. This is the first time this has happened to me, so any advice would be appreciated.

In what regard are you having trouble? A computer glitch, or is it that the scheduler hasn't gotten back to you?
Oh, no, sorry. Computer issues. The site was down yesterday. I am going to check again in a few moments.
You need to switch to their new favorite browser: Google Chrome. It used to be Firefox browser.

I sent Donna from GfK an email offering to do some leftover shops over 1 week ago. I was specific in the dates that I could do the shops. Those dates have come and gone, the shops are still listed and I'm still getting multiple daily emails that "GfK has new shops in my area" ~ the same ones that have been sitting there for almost 2 months with a due date of July 29.

Do they want these shops done or not? Apparently.....not.
I'm not sure how they work, but I get those emails daily also. I do know that their site was down for 2 days for maintenance (they sent an email in advance and I forgot). I don't plan on changing my browser for one company, but thanks for the advice. MtlShopper, I hope your issues get cleared up. Maybe the site didn't come back on line correctly after the maintenance.
They send these batch mails out to all qualified shoppers, whether you have met your quota of shops allowed within a certain shop "wave" or not. I get them too and just ignore them.
