Yes, it takes time. Yes, you may find a large number of them don't have work in your area. Yes, you have to check each one individually..... that's just how it is.

1. There are very few MSC that answer the phone during business hours. Most schedulers are independent contractors like we are. They may work odd hours, be on another call, sleeping, etc!
2. Were you really contacting the scheduler because the website was making you confirm the shop again? Seriously, just confirm and then go on with it.
I agree, I feel like 90% of stores are either gas stations or coffee shops. It's beyond crazy around here.

Ummmm what company were you supposedly doing this shop for? Where did you sign up for this company? I've never seen a Walmart send money shop. How much did you send? I think you might have been scammed.
The only coffee places that are shopped near me are 7Brew & Bigby. I don't like the drinks but my husband & kids do. I only drink hot coffee with a coconut/ almond creamer. No iced/ frufru drinks for me. I'll take one sip of each drink to make sure the temp is what it's supposed to be and confirm all you can really taste is sugar then someone else gets a nice treat.

In my area they still fly off the boards... there are a few in certain areas that sit, but then again those same areas have a hard time filling other shops too so I'm thinking it's just a low shopper area.

It is NEVER allowed by any MSC I've EVER worked with to have multiple accounts. Period.
I can't give you advice if you aren't 100% honest in your post and give all necessary information.

Some reports have a section for you to voice your opinion. They WANT to know what you think, not just exactly what happened.
I've written before that I enjoyed the employee not being pushy and letting me shop on my own.

Yes, I realize there are programs that pay well and might require an interview. But most likely they are not going to just be randomly posted.

I NEVER write all the questions out in my narrative. I've done fine dining shops for ACL for over 10 years... I reaffirm all my negative responses, all my n/a and touch upon a few of the 'yes' ones to meet the sentence requirements. Never had a shop returned for that.
