If you are using HEIC photo format (which my iPhone uses) you will have to change them to JPG or PDF. Their old software does not accept HEIC and some other formats.
Some of the apps I needed for shopping wouldn't work on anything older than an 8. I had a 7, and had to upgrade since apps like The Source and my banking app would not work on anything less than an 8.
I find it funny when owners complain about the mystery shops and change brands, only to get the same shoppers doing the shops for the new brand.

They are still showing available on Sassie in my area, but with no dates available to select them. They are probably going to be kicking themselves for taking this project once they realize that they are often in remote areas with no other jobs for shoppers to route, and they will have to pay a fortune to get the remaining locations done.
I see most holidays as just having been taken over by consumerism. I would never have dreamed of getting a gift at Easter as a child, just candy. Now Easter has become like a second Christmas for many. This overconsumption is bad for humanity.
The dinos are currently on Sassie, too, which is much better than the dino software but you don't have to deal with the magic 12 hour window. I have offered routes, but the scheduler is saying they are on a very limited budget for bonuses.
It's shocking that they use such blurry, poor quality, unprofessional photos that are impossible for shoppers to see clearly. Other companies have clear photos in their guidelines.
Five Guys seems to do huge DoorDash business.

I went to a local steakhouse (regional franchise, 10 locations, mostly DC area) and enjoyed a half-pound burger cooked medium rare with two pieces of bacon, real cheddar, and house-made tangy barbeque sauce. The best change is that we don't have to stand there and watch them press the burgers and shake the fries anymore. We can go get our beverage and condiments like a normal customer would.
Yes, I received one from Presto quite a while ago.

Has anyone gotten one from Presto? There is a video on facebook that says you have to submit a help ticket for your W9. However, that was the document we completed at the beginning giving them our information.
It is not clear at all which infractions photos they want. The editor I spoke with said they did not need all infractions, but to back up "yes" or "no" responses with a photo.

I'm getting my MO together, and I'm working actively with the scheduler to put together routes as the project only allows for 4 self-assigns per day.
I'm still going with the instructions as presented,
They have their work cut out for them, for sure. Hopefully the client will accept the shops where shoppers did not know they were supposed to put in photos of infractions. It was 10 days before I heard from an editor, so they probably have a huge backlog to edit.
I imagine we will be getting an email from the MSP clarifying things soon, since I don't think most shoppers are going to know that we are supposed to put multiple photos in each spot if there are infractions. It will take them a while to work out the bugs for this huge project. This software also does not have any way for the shoppers to see when reports have been edited.
They are not as quick and easy as they seem, since I was informed by an editor that photos are required to backup infraction responses when applicable, but not for every infraction, even though there are no spots for them. She says their system allows for uploads of multiple photos in each photo slot, so we are supposed to take all of the infraction photos while remaining discreet and undetected!
I would call her voice high-pitched rather than soft. It is difficult to listen to.

I thought the same thing! No one would describe her that way, but the rest of the description is spot on.

Some of the main MSP companies have stated that they have banned her. The MSPA even sent out an email warning people about her by name. She is banned from the forum for using it to try and sell her "course." She has admitted that many of the "shops" she filmed are not actually paid shops, which means they are just her doing her own reviews to sell her "course."
These are different from the dino shops of the recent past. They are unrevealed. This company has a very slow, outdated software platform that no other company uses.
I think at McDonalds they were, back when they were shopped.

Could it be some manager's bonuses are somehow tied to our reports? Just wondering out loud.
It's probably because fuel prices are so low right now.

just another way this current government screws over the small business owner; sure it’s not a big decrease but every little bit adds up.
in the link provided it states “reflecting changes in fuel prices, vehicle maintenance costs, and inflation”, all of which are up, but yet they reduced the mileage rate?
