I recently did 2 cell phone shops. One today, I asked the employee for the promotion on a phone. I was told, "I have to go into your account to find the best deal" I said I don't have an account here. The employee said, deals change week to week, month to month. I would have to go into your account to find out. I repeated again, I don't have an account here. I said, how about for new customers. W
I had one where the manager said I gave them a bad review last time. (I never gave them a bad review) I said it wasn't me. He said my name was on the report. I said "what's my name?" He couldn't answer. LOL
I had 3 cell phone shops planned for today. I looked online and many cell phone stores are closed for Easter Sunday. I was surprised by that. All Best Buy stores are closed today.
I did a gym shop close to me. I noticed you can only do one shop every 2000 days. That's over 5 years between shops. A storage shop had one shop every 5000 days. That's every 13 years. ?
Most shops know who the mystery shoppers are. I've spoken to managers who have told me they know who the shoppers are by the questions they ask. You ask the same questions over and over. Or they order the same thing over and over
I was doing a cell phone shop once and the manager asked me to leave. The manager said, "if they want a mystery shop done they have to clear it from me first".
I reported this on my shop. The MSC just told me to wait a month and go back. I got a feeling this manager won't be there.
In 2013 I was on food stamps. I had been my mother's caregiver for 7 years, she had dementia. She passed away in 2013. I was 60 and out of the workforce for 7 years. Before that I had worked for the same aerospace company for 30 years. When I started looking for work I was told by employment agencies I would not get hired by anyone. Too long out of the workforce and too old. So what was I suppose

Per guidelines:
If you're assigned a Drive Thru, Drive-in Stall, or Dine In and that area of the store is closed or unavailable, you should switch to a different channel. For example, if you're assigned Drive-In stall and they're all closed due to repair, you should then switch to either Drive Thru OR Dine In.
But the stalls are not closed, just all of them are full.
Sonic is now using most of their drive-in stalls for mobile apps. What if you have a Sonic shop for the drive-in stall and all the stalls are full, except for the ones for mobile apps?

I thought I was crazy when I noticed several of my shops were moved. I am glad you are confirming that this has happened. I am sorry it has happened to you. I have had it a time or two in the past. Can you reach out to your scheduler and ask them to move it back?
I did and was told the shops would have to drop off and I can pick them up again later. It really does
I had 2 shops scheduled today in the same shopping center, different stores. Doing both shops made the drive worth it. This morning, I noticed one shop was move to tomorrow. I've had this happen before. I'll have a route planned with IPSOS shops and someone at IPSOS breaks up the route.

6 pictures of each pump for a false reason? Who is the MSC? Just curious as that doesn't sound like any of the gas shops.
It's on iSecertShop
I had a gas station shop to take pictures of the pumps. There is no letter of authorization, and you have to lie to the employee for the reason for the pictures. You have to take 6 pictures of each pump. Would you do this kind of shop?

You've got to be kidding! Let's say the gas station is 5 miles, 4 pumps and it takes 15 minutes one way and 20 to 30 minutes to take the pictures. Total time 50 to 60 minutes, plus the report. According to my calculations that's $2.53 per hour, considering gas and auto maintenance. Are you sure you placed the decimal point correctly and it's not $35.00?
Shop Pays: $3.50 USD
I've seen gas station shops for $3.50. You have to take 6 pictures of each pump. I don't see anyone taking them. Have you seen them? What do you think? For me this shop requires way too many pictures for the fee.

I don't understand why they now require you to own the phone you're shopping for. The iPhone shops are not being picked up even with a bonus.
Because most people are loyal to a brand with phones.
I'm an Apple user. Im and android user.
You could spend hours discussing why you wouldnt chand.
but it doesn't matter on the report.
