Good Morning! I schedule these shops for Reality Check. We receive tons of applications for these shops, so it is likely just because I found someone else before seeing your application (I try to do them at random and make sure everyone gets at least one shop, but that doesn't always work out).
Right now we have a few that I have not posted out. If you reach out to me via email, I will make s
Aw, man. I scheduled her to do several shops over the years prior to 2020, but since then haven't had much in her area to schedule her. She was such a fantastic mystery shopper and an even better person the few times we actually spoke on the phone, though most of our contact was through email. B was absolutely a "go-to" shopper for her area, and went out of her way for me way more than once. I wi

@Momomomo - Oh, no, the 9's that have a long history of being a 9 definitely do not flake anywhere near the same rate as others. Some 9's don't have a long history of doing shops though, as a shopper can be rated a 9 or even a 10 after one shop if that's what they were graded on their only shop. Maybe some platforms do it differently, but on Sassie sites a shopper's rating is based on an average
@DT - My incentive is that some hard to fill shops get filled without me having to work on them for hours lol. That, and not having to find another shopper because the one assigned didn't have their question answered and did something wrong on the shop. Surprisingly, it isn't as often that I am contacted after hours as you'd think (I say as I answered 4 emails and two texts while out to dinner at
I understand it can be frustrating to have to apply for a spur of the moment shop. Sometimes it can be as simple as the company or scheduler just not wanting to allow it, but generally there is actually a good reason if we don't allow anyone pick it up for whenever they want.
For example, I recently scheduled a car wash project where each location would randomly have a date they were closed f

Found some BWWs in my area, but it took me so long I am now too old for the project. Bastards!
Near the end of the quarter, they allow some room to work with on the age requirement. At least they have with the end of this first quarter. So it may not hurt to reach out in late May/early June to see if they have waived the age requirement again.
I don't know how one becomes the top #1 shopper in the entire United States when the top #1 scheduler in the entire United States has never even assigned her a shop ;-D
Disclaimer : My rating of the top #1 scheduler is based solely on ego.
We are a scheduling company. Shops are never assigned or completed on the KSS site, and payment would never come from us either. We post shops on our site mainly to recruit shoppers that are registered with us, but not registered with our client. If you happen to be registered with both of us, you will see the shop twice on Presto, etc.
I try to stay out of things like this, but I doubt the validity of some of her posts. For instance, she has a video up of her doing some alcohol and tobacco compliance shops at a well known drug store last year. Well, I schedule that project, and she does not fall within the age range for them. At least not according to her Facebook page which has an event celebrating her 38th birthday. The cut o
In that case, if the company uses SASSIE, the due dates were set to a date that has already passed if all the dates were grayed out. I set up sessions all the time on SASSIE. The only two reasons for all the dates to be grayed out of shops appearing on the job board is if the due date is in the past, or rotation is an issue. You can't post jobs to a SASSIE job board with no dates at all. The syst
If it is a company that uses SASSIE, it is generally due to rotation (that includes someone else shopping it too recently for it to be shopped again). Rotation isn't always set by when a particular shopper completed it last. It can also be that the location itself has a rotation. So if that location has a 365 day rotation and was shopped at the end of last January, it may not allow anyone to pick
Reality Check has some call, live chat, email, and social media shops. There's a limit though of 5 calls, 4 live chats, 4 emails (must be different email addresses), and 6 social media shops. The social media ones are for either Instagram or Facebook.

i just finished my shop on chrome and I HAD NO ISSUES!! This is a game changer. I typed a bit then saved a few times, and never had any issues. This was with RBG. I have ISI on Monday and am hopeful if I stay away from Edge I won't be getting those horrible messages and my work will be saved. Thank you for the suggestion @KSSPete!
Glad to hear it worked out!
Try using a different web browser when you enter the reports. I have found that Chrome usually works best with Sassie, but if that is what you are using try something else.
On Sassie, you can self deactivate your account and then reactivate it whenever you'd like. When a shopper deactivates themselves, it will show "Deleted" as your name and phone number, and random letters and numbers as your email address on the scheduler's side.

@KSSPete Is Acculocity scheduling for RBG? I thought RLM Squared was.
Hi! I'm not sure if Acculocity is scheduling for them. I'm still with Lorri and KSS for now and I schedule Shoppers' View projects that I know get paid by RBG.

I'm trying to check the status of a burger shop I visited in August and don't see it listed on the KSS shop log. I tried checking Help resources on KSS website without luck. I checked the forum's spreadsheet to see the payment schedule for KSS assignments and it depends on the MSC, and Acculocity isn't listed. So I don't know if my shop wasn't accepted or just hasn't been paid y
